Your Responsibilities Holms Attachments AB in Motala is growing and needs to strengthen the team with a combined role in maintenance and production. Here you will have a varied everyday life where you work approximately 50% with maintenance and 50% in production, a perfect position for you who enjoys practical work, solving problems, and collaborating closely with colleagues.

You will work broadly within both maintenance and production. In maintenance, you will work with:

• Preventive maintenance according to checklists

• Changing filters, lubrication, and ongoing service

• Basic troubleshooting and repair of machines

• Contact and coordination with external service providers, for example regarding ventilation

• Planning and follow-up of certain maintenance efforts

The work is carried out both independently and together with colleagues, and is an important part of ensuring a safe and functioning production.

In production, you will support where needed, for example with assembly and general workshop work. You will collaborate closely with the production team and a colleague in a similar combined role.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who is practically oriented, technically curious, and enjoys a role where you can solve problems.

We believe that you:

• Have a strong mechanical interest and enjoy tinkering in your spare time (e.g., cars, engines, or similar)

• Have experience in practical work within industry, workshop, or production

• Have worked with assembly, and it is an advantage if you also have welding skills

• Are solution-oriented and take responsibility when something needs to be addressed

• Have a high safety awareness and understand the importance of following routines

• Are a team player who enjoys collaborating with different functions

Basic computer skills are a plus, but the most important thing is your technical understanding and practical ability. A crane license is a requirement.
